Custom or commissioned artwork may require additional time for creation and processing. Estimated timelines for custom pieces will be communicated to you during the order process.

Please note that processing times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

Free Shipping within North America: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders delivered within North America (Canada and the United States).

Orders will be shipped via the quickest carrier available and can typically take up to 5-10 business days for delivery after processing.

Local Delivery: If a customer’s location is within 50 miles of a location of the Business, we may take into consideration local delivery.

Local Pickup: If a customer would like to pick up an order, they may do so at a time and place that is agreeable to us.
International Shipping

For orders outside of North America, shipping fees are calculated based on carrier rates and will be displayed at checkout.

International orders will be shipped via [Carrier Name(s)] and may take 10-20 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

It is known that delivery delays can occur, especially during the holiday season. We will attempt to always prepare and send orders as quickly as possible under the circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We shall not be held responsible for any international levies, customs fees, import fees, or any other taxes related to an order that is sent or brought outside of the country. The customer agrees to bear sole responsibility for any such taxes imposed on an order.

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Returns and refunds

Thank you for purchasing artwork from rogeraaron.art. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging, including any certificates of authenticity or accessories that accompanied the item.
- Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable and cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards.
- Digital downloads.
- Sale or clearance items.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at theindependentartist@rogeraaron.art
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at theindependentartist@rogeraaron.art to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Shipping the Item:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Exchanges
