Processing Times

Original Artwork & Hand-Painted Pieces

• Orders for original artwork are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Custom or commissioned artwork may require additional time. Estimated timelines will be communicated during the order process.

Print Orders (Fulfilled by Creativehub or Prodigi)

• Prints are produced and shipped directly from Creativehub or Prodigi, my printing and fulfillment partners.

• Processing times for prints typically take 2-5 business days before shipping.

• Print orders are shipped separately from original artwork.

• For prints and products fulfilled by Creativehub pr Prodigi, VAT may be included in the final checkout price, depending on the shipping destination. If applicable, this will be automatically calculated during checkout. However, customers are still responsible for any additional customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.

Shipping within North America (Canada & United States)

I offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Original Artwork – Free Shipping: All original paintings and hand-crafted works ship free within North America. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after processing.

• Print Orders: Shipping costs for prints are calculated at checkout based on Creativehub or Prodigi rates and the destination. Delivery times vary depending on location.

• Local Delivery: Available for original artwork within 50 miles of my location, subject to availability.

• Local Pickup: Pickup may be arranged at a mutually agreed time and place.

International Shipping

• Original Artwork: International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates. Orders may take 10-20 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

• Print Orders: Prints fulfilled by Creativehub or Prodigi ship internationally with varying delivery times. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. 

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

• For orders outside of North America, shipping fees are calculated based on carrier rates and will be displayed at checkout. International orders will be shipped via [Carrier Name(s)] and may take 10-20 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT (Value-Added Tax), and other fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for further details.

  *If you refuse a package due to customs fees, we may be unable to issue a full refund for your order.*

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• If your order contains both original artwork and prints, they will arrive separately, and you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Additional Information

• Delivery delays may occur, especially during high-demand periods. While I ensure timely processing, I am not responsible for carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are responsible for any international duties, customs fees, or import taxes.

• Address changes cannot be made after an order is placed. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

• Print orders fulfilled by Creativehub or Prodigi are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival. If your print arrives damaged, please contact me at theindependentartist@rogeraaron.art with photos, and I will assist in resolving the issue.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any international levies, customs fees, import VAT, or other taxes related to an order sent outside of North America. These charges are imposed by your country’s customs authorities and must be paid by the customer. Failure to pay customs duties may result in delays or the package being returned to us, in which case additional shipping fees may apply."

Returns and refunds

Effective Date: 10 January 2025

Thank you for purchasing artwork from rogeraaron.art. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including any certificates of authenticity or accessories that accompanied the item.
• Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable and cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards.
• Digital downloads.
• Sale or clearance items.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at theindependentartist@rogeraaron.art
• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at theindependentartist@rogeraaron.art to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Shipping the Item:
   • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
   • Use a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking number.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective. Follow the process outlined above for damaged or defective items to request an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Roger Aaron Benoit's website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
